Dr. Joy Lynn Henderson, DO

She is so kind and so thorough. Best Primary Care Physician I've ever been to. Have been seeing her for many years and have referred many friends and relatives to her.

Staff was nice at first then became rude later over phone. Dr. also nice at first, then she can become rude and even complain about patients complaining? and isn't what they come in for their health complaints? Yet the doctor, who makes a living on these complaints is complaining too? I guess she experts those going through health issues to act better then she herself does...

I have been seeing Dr. Henderson for a long time. She is caring and committed to her patients. She listens to me and explains her findings in simple terms that I can understand.

I have been with Dr. Henderson for years. She covers every basis in her medical care. I feel if she is not certain she would recommend a medical expert in that field, though she has always been able to care for all my needs. She has a very kind manner and listens to all your concerns. She is also very through. She loves it when you bring a list of questions. I feel that is a sign of caring about "getting more" for your dollar and not having to come back because you for got something. She spends time with you, does not rush her appointment with you. I would recommend this fine doctor to anyone. She even encourages you to research things on the internet so you have a better understanding. She has also given me print outs as informational tools.

Dr Henderson's only concern seem's to be taking money out of your wallet.She doesnt care about helping patient's. She is rude and not very understanding or caring.She didnt seem concerned about my health or strange symptoms. I tried my best to explain my past medical problem's wich I had suffered from for most of my life and was previously seeing a specialist for and have had 2 minor surgeries and was on tons of medication to treat. She didnt seem to believe me and didnt even attempt to view my medical records to confirm it. She seemed to be more concerned about getting me out the door and never seemed to want to help me figure out what is wrong with me she would just keep telling me to come back next week if it is still a problem, although I had the same symptoms for an extended period of time and I cannot afford the useless repeated visit's. My last visit she assured she would be right back to print off some medical information, but after 25 min I stepped out to ask a nurse if she is… still coming back and she told me no and that my appointment was finished. Aside from Dr Henderson, The entire staff as well as was very kind and courteous and very helpful. I strongly advise anyone against seeing this doctor and search for a doctor that care's more about helping a patient instead of taking their hard earned money.
