Dr. Joy L Westerdahl, MD

Dr. Joy cares about her patients. I am a retired R.N., and I hand picked her after asking my co-workers in a Level One trauma hospital. She has been "there" for me, not only for my physical body, but helped me through a painful time of grieving. Dr. Joy's nurse is wonderful too! Front desk staff could be more welcoming, but the real deal is your doc.

Dr. Westerdahl answered all of my questions. She was very honest and open and easy to talk to. She was very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this Doctor. She is the best!!

I saw Dr W for potential hormone issues. She did a thorough lab workup but after a week of receiving no results, I called her office. I was told that no one could speak to me about them and that Dr W would not be back into the office for 2 weeks. I left 3 e-mails, on consecutive days...with no returned call. Finally, my husband, who is a physician called another physician in the group. Dr W finally did get back to me but was not apologetic. I would never recommend her to anyone. The staff is not helpful and Dr W could care less.
