Dr. Joya Singh

Dr Singh was the ER Dr in charge of our son at Charlton Methodist Hospital after he was in a serious car accident. Sadly, he did not survive. After much research and having read the autopsy report, Ed believe our son should have survived the accident. He had survived at the accident site. Dr Singh left the hospital before we arrived, even though she knew we were within 15 minutes of arriving. She did call me while I was in the car driving the big freeway exchange in downtown Dallad to advise that our son had died. She also called back into the hospital for us to talk with her. In hindsight, she should have either stayed at the hospital to meet with us in person or at least had another Dr meet with us. Afterward, she did not return our calls for more info. We were in shock when we talked to her immediately after the accident. It would have been decent & humane of her to give us, the family, more of her time after our son died for questions & to advise us. I wish a more experienced ER… doctor had been in charge. Dr Singh mainly works at walk-in clinics and that seems appropriate given her level of experience.
