Dr. Joyce Po Chang, MD

This office is run by lying, money hungry people. I scheduled for an allergy shot, took time off of work, came in and waited AN HOUR AND A HALF IN THE WAITING ROOM, only to be told I couldn’t get the shot yet — I was a couple weeks too soon. I scheduled for a later appointment and was told by the front staff that there would be NO CHARGE for coming in that day. I just received a bill in the mail. I spoke to Melody A., the office manager and was told I was charged for “being seen by the practitioner and seeking her medical advice” when I received: NO shot NO medical advice NO medical assessment NO prescription And was blatantly lied to about there being a cost for the visit. The billing department told me she could remove the charge if OK’d by the office manager, but obviously Melody and the staff at this facility are more concerned with making a quick buck than the actual care and service of their patrons, because I was denied the bill being removed. Diana Rodriguez,… the practitioner who graced me with her presence for a total of 3 minutes, if that, did not explain any concerns with my health, complications of receiving the shot early, nor did she evaluate my health status at all. Her reason for not giving me the shot was because “of her liability”, again, with concern focused on themselves. I have insurance and I could afford to pay the $186 bill, but it’s the principle of the situation that frustrates me. So many people get ripped off like this and don’t have the means to pay. This is a horribly run system and this facility has no shame in taking advantage of their patients.

Worse doctor ever don’t care about anyone . If you make a appointment to see her she will only see you for one thing . It’s all about the money with her . If you have a cold and a uti . You have to pick one to be treated . All the doctors for PA there very rude . They treat you like you aren’t worth their time .

Don't give end results for important test ,stays less time with client and charge your insurance faster, not sympathetic with patient health issue.

She is really good, very through. Goes over everything, not in a rush!

I have been down in Las Vegas for the last three and half years. This doctor is the first doctor that is MD that would do all my physicals for womanly things. I appreciate that it is a doctor I can do what I need done.

I moved to AZ over a year ago & still have yet to find a dermatologist as awesome as Dr Chang!

JUST SAY NO AND GO ELSE WHERE!!!! Went here for laser hair removal. Staff VERY rude. Doctor refused to call me back to discuss rude laser hair technician. Several lies were told to me regarding staff. They changed office hours and tried not to accommodate me and forced me to make a big deal of it in order to get an appointment. Laser hair machine hurt like a 1,000 hot needles being punched at you. Paid extra for appointment with doctor and she tried to help, but when the pain was the same, they offered me no solution. THEY ACTUALLY CHARGE YOU $20 EXTRA FOR NUMBING CREAM!!! IT DOESN'T"T WORK AND NO WHERE ELSE IN TOWN DO THEY DO THAT!!!!! They didn't even honor the full groupon sessions!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! If you decide to go to the office after this post, then you deserve what you get!
