Dr. Joyce Fang was born and raised in Southern California. She graduated from UC Irvine with a major in Biology and minor in Management. In 1994, she received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery at UCLA School of Dentistry. Dr. Fang then completed an additional training program at UCLA Medical Center in the field of Hospital Dentistry. In 1995, she was also selected to be the Chief Resident of this program. Since 1996, Dr. Joyce Fang served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the UCLA School of Dentistry, as well as a Course Director and Director of the Urgent Care Clinic. She enjoys teaching and helping others. Dr. Fang had a successful practice in Santa Monica for nine years and then relocated to Orange County, where she currently practices in Irvine. Her hobbies are playing tennis, cooking, spending quality time with her husband, Darren and their three children. Dr. Fang is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Orange County Dental …Society, and Orange County Women’s Dental Society, UCLA Alumni Association. She is currently in several Colgate commercials and print ads featuring herself with Brooke Shields.
