Dr,Justin called set up a video chat with me to make sure I was ok & if I had any questions or concerns about my health. She assured me I was just a phone call away if I felt any symptoms or any questions. I am so lucky to have a doctor like her and am very thankful for her thoughtfulness.

Never on time and seems put out to do anything. Her assist isn't that friendly or he's from India new Delhi or somewhere this office is dysfunctional. Where's are the English speaking doctors gone. THIS kind of medical treatment should be better but State of Conn HAS no more standards for anything. This doctor office has changed hands 3 different times.Laziness on Joyce Justin and new boy

This was my first appointment with Dr. Joyce and she was very thorough and took the time to answer all my questions!

She diagnosed the reason for dizziness quickly after I went to 2 other doctors within 2 weeks before who didnt pick up on what I had

She Joyce Justin is not the best doctor she always has a excuse about everything why she can't do nothing. A check up is2 minutes long and she's always on vacation or just not a good doctor. She's only does family medicine so she can ave weekend off.those are the word's straight out of her mouth. I wouldn't recommend her to no body as a doctor. State of ct has scrapped bottom of the barrel for doctors.

Dr. Justin is an excellent Doctor. She is very thorough and does every part of a history and physical. She is kind and caring. She follows up with me on my labs and exams. She also returns my phone calls. Also when she sends me to referral she follows up with me and the Doctor. I went to other Doctors who don’t do a complete physical exam and doesn’t even send me to do Labs. That is the point of a physical. The staff is excellent and I can make appointment as soon as possible. I am not sure why she gets one star from some patient. Maybe drug seeking patient.

She is quick tempered and talks down to patients. She is abrasive and rude. Do not recommend.
