Horrible experience. Had a complication and had to see multiple other physicians to treat my infection. She is so condescending and unprofessional. Seek care elsewhere!

I had to have a series of complicated procedures and was lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Lee. She and her entire team were expert, responsive, thorough, kind and timely. It was a great experience and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Lee and her staff provided exceptional service and care throughout the entire process. I had put off getting my wisdom teeth pulled due to the horror stories I heard from others with their experience with their Doctor and awful recovery. Well, I am sooo glad my dentist Dr. J Baumrind referred me to Dr. Lee. This office runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone from the front desk staff to the nursing assists are not missing a beat. They are highly trained with great customer service. And Dr. Lee..wow, where do I begin? Super nice, friendly, great personality that makes you relax and trust her. The day of my surgery, I was in an out in what seemed like an hour. She greeted me, reviewed what I was getting done, I went to sleep and woke you chatting with my husband!!.. They checked on me and sent me home with post surgery instructions, pain meds and mouth rinse. My recovery was smooth sailing. Nothing like the horror stories I heard from others. I was back to 100% a week after… surgery. Oh, and they schedule a follow up visit to ensure all is well. I am truly grateful to Dr. Lee and her staff for taking such good care of me. I HIGHLY recommend that you go to Dr. Lee for wisdom teeth or any other oral surgery needs.

Yesterday I had two wisdom teeth extracted. When I had my other wisdom teeth extracted in my teens I remember being in severe pain afterward and my dentist telling me to suck on a teabag to control the post surgical bleeding. Dr. Lee and her staff were friendly, courteous and explained everything that they were doing. They seemed focused on helping me to relax. The only discomfort I had was the blood pressure cuff. I didn't even feel when the IV needle was put in. Afterwards, I had very little pain (thanks to medication) and today I only have some soreness from whatever was put in my mouth to hold it open. I would recommend Dr. Lee to anyone who needs oral surgery. It was actually as pleasant as oral surgery can be.

I have never been more impressed with an oral surgeon than I am with Dr. Joyce Lee. She was not only efficient, but she explained my situation in a way I could understand and made me feel at ease. She is also an unequivocal expert as an oral surgeon. I would recommend her to anyone!

The initial greeting was great and the doctor was knowledgable, however ; I was not pleased with the wait time. After setting and agreeing on a mutual appointment time I was disappointed to be called back approximately 55 min after the scheduled time. I arrived early to complete any initial paperwork yet I felt as if there was a "I would rather you wait on me than I have to wait on you" atmosphere. As a person who's time is of great importance I found this to be unsatisfactory.

Wonderful Experience !

I'm in my 30s and had went to Dr. Lee to have all four wisdom teeth extracted. I was concerned of potential complications because of my age. However, everything went flawlessly as I had no pain whatsoever after the surgery or any time since then. As an added bonus, I experienced no bruising or swelling (though not to say that would be the case for everyone since every individual is different). The staff is friendly as well. Highly recommend. Only downside is the cost of parking as the office is in the heart of Midtown. But with a parking coupon that they provide upon request, it is reasonable.

Had 4 wisdom teeth removed. Much easier procedure than I anticipated. Would highly recommend.

I was not a regular pt., but had a "dental emergency" & needed a diseased, broken tooth ( while eatting previous pm), needed to be removed asap. Her team worked me in & was seen & dischared with appropriate rxs (pain & antibiotic) & to f/u in 10 days, or call with problems.
