I have a long standing history of anxiety and depression. I suffered from intense fear, panic attacks, and my mental health was taking over my life. I visited Dr. Szentpaly and worked thoroughly with me, clarify my doubts, and gave me an accurate diagnosis. Her treatment was phenomenal. I can say I learned more with her than all my 3 previous therapists. Dr. Szentpaly was always helpful, resourceful and willing. I forever appreciate her!

Dr. Szentpaly specializes in CBT therapy. She genuinely cares about her patient's overall wellness; she is incredibly knowledgable and accurately diagnosed me from the very beginning. I am going through a tough time, and the least I can say she has helped me tremendously. I recommend her highly. More importantly, she's passionate about making a difference for YOU, and she keeps herself up to date to continually bring new insights and tools.

Dr. Joyce Szentpaly has been amazing, she specializes in CBT and has been helping me going through a very difficult time. She truly cares about their patients, and really makes therapy work for you. I highly recommend her she keeps herself up to date with information and can provide many tools and coping strategies. I can sincerely say I could have gotten way worse without her guidance.
