Terrible, rushed rude and incompetent

Absolutely terrible doctor and practice. They are completely incompetent. If you value your life or health DO NOT go here! If I didn’t seek other medical attention I would be dead. They also billed the wrong person for my visit and billed me for services that were NOT received or performed.

always takes her time to hear everything the patient needs to say with out judgment or jumping quickly to diagnose someone with out hearing everything. she's awesome and you can tell she loves what she does. gentle and compassionate. she is worth the wait

Never bothered to recieve or read test results. Had to get them myself from hospital. Never put in for my meds in a timely manor. Held me hostage for meds by making me come in every three months for bp that is being managed well on those meds. Called in the wrong meds when she did bother.. Then tried to say the pharmacy lied. All in all awful. Oh and I asked on several visits about what i though could be a developing hernia. Got told well you are a little heavy in response. Guess what? Soft ball sized hole. Not fat freaking guts pushing out Thanks but mow thanks. Dont see her shes inefficient, bumbling and ripping off insurance by making me go every three months for no good reason.

This woman has given my girlfriend a very difficult time. My girlfriend and I were very excited about the news of her pregnancy. This woman seems to try to do everything to deflate that bubble of joy we experienced. There were a few things that that I can led slide due to protocol such as, risk of down syndrome because she is in her early thirties but my girlfriend was experiencing some things that were unusual and worried us and went to see Joyce and she told her she was 100% sure she miscarried. She set the appointment to have the baby removed and told my girlfriend "If you need counseling we can get it for you, but it isn't like it was planned anyway right?" After she got done with this expert she called me crying because she lost her child and the doctor said she was 100% sure she miscarried and tried to tell her it was a blessing that she did. Onto the ultra sound. To her surprise she did not miscarry and the baby had a heartbeat and there was an image of the baby. … After Joyce heard this news she tried to poke more holes in the new bubble of joy my girlfriend and I were experiencing by telling her that there is still a 50% of miscarriage. If Joyce reads this review I want her to know that when a woman finds out she is expecting a child it is ok to explain some of the things that could go wrong, but have a little bit of heart and put yourself in the shoes of these women. This is a very emotional time for them, wait for the results before you go spraying your 100% theories without tests. There are plenty of these doctors around just make sure you go to one that is going to help guide you along through your pregnancy not put thoughts of pain and suffering into your head.

I alwaYs wait more than an hour I had an appt the other day and waited 40 minutes in the waiting room and then another hour in the exam room. Also if your the least bit overweight that seems to be all she cares about even wagen your sick or injured she has to bring it up
