Made an appointment to see the doctor! I saw a physician's assistant instead, not the doctor! Then I went through a procedure, upper and lower G.I. scoping. When I didn't hear from his office, I made an appointment. The appointment was very quick. Nothing accomplished and out the door I went! I had medical problems going in and have the same problems after seeing Dr. Canale! I didn't even receive a referral to another doctor or a prescription! I think the doctor is more interested in money over patients well being! If you are interested in getting well, see another doctor!

I had a colonoscopy done a few days ago that I had put off for years because I thought it was going to be so horrible. Not at all! I had a fabulous doctor, Dr Canale, wonderful bedside manner, said a prayer before we started, he was so kind and gentle. I could not have been happier with a situation that could have been horrible. I will definitely keep Dr Canale as my Dr and will have him again, if he is still practicing, for next time, in 5 years. Thank you Dr. Canale and everyone at Merced Surgery Center. From the moment I walked in to the second I left, EVERYONE was wonderful. Thank you to all that helped me in anyway.

I had an endoscopy at Emanuel in Turlock.Dr.Canale was very kind and he even asked if he could pray with me before the procedure which I greatly appreciated being I am a Christian. Dr.Canale and the Emanuel anesthesiologists and nurses made me feel so at peace and seeing at the front of the hospital that beautiful statue of Lord Jesus with his arms reaching out ensured that peace even more.The procedure was painless and everyone was wonderful.My diagnosis was gastritis from Dr.Canale which differed from the radiologist who said I had peptic ulcer disease on the radiology report that was done three months before Dr.Canale did the procedure.Now to get some medicine from one of my primary group for the gastritis problem because pantoprozole and omeprazole hardly do anything.On Dr.Canale I would recommend him to anyone and I am glad that he prays with his patients.A lovely human being!
