I just have to say that this Doctor (Dr. Franco) is a wonderful doctor. He has done everything right by me. I had been struggling with all kinds of issues for 5 years and had been threw several doctors and it took this amazing and wonderful doctor to find out everything that is going on with me. Now I can breath and rest my mind from the worrying and stress I had been threw all these years and finally start my road to recovery with a smile on my face again. Thank you Dr. Franco for caring and listening and doing everything to find out what's wrong with me. You are truly a blessing and I pray that God blesses you with everything you need in life to continue to be the wonderful Doctor and person you are... God Bless You...

He and his staff are very polite and social. I love this Dr. I would recommend him to all my girlfriends

Dr. Franco was nice and alway courteous he was just always lates for appointments. The appointment wait time was always over 45 minutes and even when I was in the hospital for surgery I had to wait 30 minutes for Dr. Franco to arrive.

I've been going to WHA for a few years first seeing Dr. Lucci. When I found out I was pregnant, Dr. Lucci informed me he no longer delivers babies and referred me to Dr. Franco. I was very nervous at first since I had never seen Dr. Franco for any visits. Dr. Lucci brought him in the office to introduce him to me and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions I had for both of them. I immediately was put at ease. Dr. Franco was awesome through out my entire pregnancy. He's very kind, always in a good mood and has excellent bedside manner. The wait times can be a little long but I can understand since he is so thorough and takes the time to answer all your questions. The staff is always very nice and personable, especially Rosa and Magaley. Great experience for a first time mom. I plan to continue seeing him for all my pregnancies and routine visits.

He was awesome. We were a little nervous because I was going in on Medicaid, new in town and no recommendations. Boy did we get lucky!! We said our prayers and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. We are now preparing for number two and there isn't anyone in the world I'd rather have deliver my baby!

Hi , i have been knowing Dr. Franco since 06 he is the most wonderful,positive and helpful Doctor i had... =))))))

I've been going to Dr. Franco for 7 years now - initially for Gynocology and now for Obsetrics. I don't have issues with him or his medical practices. The office staff could be a lot more accomodating, courteous and professional. Dr. Franco is attentive and receptive. Once you get to finally see him after about a 30-45 min wait (expect 1.5 hour - 2 hour wait if he's held up in delivery) I advise that you ask all the questions you may have. His time is precious. I ask the staff after 45 min of waiting if it's necessary for me to just reschedule and their response is "ma'am we have 4 doctors and only 2 rooms" - I think that's a problem they should have addressed before making it a patient's problem as well. I haven't delivered yet (normal, healthy pregnanc) - but once I do I am considering changing doctors because of the staff. There are plenty of other great OB's in Houston who can run a better office.

Doctor Franco is amazing, he takes the time to listen to you and to answer any questions or concerns.

Dr. Franco has been my doctor for over 5 years and he is amazing. I've had two pregnancies and normal deliveries with him and he has been terrific with both. My recovery after both was a breeze. Both times he took the time to call me a few days after going home from the hospital to check on me and address any "baby blues". He is a rare doctor who truly cares about his patients. Yes, you do have to wait at times in his office but that is often because a patient is ready to deliver and he doesn't want to pass them off to someone else. I was annoyed too until my son came at the middle of the day and he dropped everything to come deliver my baby. So now I just call before I go in to see if he is held up. The office will work with you.

he is very helpful!!! very nice!! answers all my questions. makes me feel like he cares. has a nice staff. i would recommend him to every one!!!
