Doc Garcia is the BEST, his office staff is the worst

To start with, we waited over an hour and a half passed our scheduled appointment time. Afer the Dr ordered a sonogram, the office staff didn't want to go thru the process of getting authorization and we were told that the sonographer was leaving after the patient that she was currently with. After that I was speaking to the office manager and she agreed to get the authorization. After the approval we were told that the Dr would not stay to read the results, so we left. We received a phone call from the office manager after leaving that my husband was "fired" from the practice. If you want to spend your day in this office and then leave knowing nothing then this is the place for you. Would never recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Garcia is very thorough. He spends a lot of time with you and has a very calm, gentle and reassuring manner. He is an excellent diagnostician and he does not make you feel rushed. I highly recommed him and his staff.
