Dr. Juan Pablo Giraldo, MD

I had lower back pain and sciatica over a year. Severe enough I could not seat. Dr Giraldo tried various tech opuntia Radiofrequency ablation was done successfully and within 2 weeks I was 100% pain free. So far six months later still remain pain free. Now I am able to exercise within the parameters indicated by the doctor without a problem. His kindness and compassion were impressive. I am a retired nurse ( 44yrs in the profession) and I am not easily impressed. He is definitely a 5+++ in a scale 1-5 ( 5 best). Thanks Dr Giraldo and staff!

I have been a patient of Dr Giraldo's for 2 years for treatment of severe and unrelenting nerve pain. From the beginning, he was extremely arrogant, demeaning, disrespectful, malicious, cold, dictatorial, overbearing, uncompassionate. He spoke to me very rudely and refused to listen to what I had to say. He refused to communicate with me via My Chart, or answer any questions or concerns. Unless one did what he said, he threatened to abandon you as a patient immediately. He very often would not refill my pain medication when it expired, leaving me in great distress and horrible pain. While doing procedures he was rough and never started on time, making you and anybody with you wait for hours until the procedure was finished. He definitely talks down to women making us feel inadequate. After doing procedures he would give you the wrong size medical equipment and tell you that you had to buy a replacement yourself. He has a very poor attitude, no interpersonal skills, no… compassion or feeling for another human being. Just an extremely poor excuse for a physician who should not be treating patients.

I flew 3000 miles to see this poor excuse for a Cleveland physician. I talked to one of his ketamine infusion nurses and gave her my medical history and MRI results. 8 facture vertebre . She called me back after talking to juan giraldo md. She said he thought he might be able to help me. He came into the exam room, took my MRI to read, came back in a few min. Crossed his arms, leaning Against the sink, and asked how he could help. No greetings, introductions, no pleasant facial expression, etc. I said you are the doctor, you tell me how you can help me. Then he said that's not how it works. I needed to tell him my symptoms. This whole conversation was very unfriendly and dismissive on his part. He did a very cursory exam and asked very few basic pain guestions then he informs me that he only treats regional pain syndrome. I have all but two if the nine or so diagnoses he treats. His referral idea was Mexico or Germany. Cant make this stuff up; fact stranger than… fiction. Patients beware Sincerely,

Very unprofesssional. Was extremely rude to my mother receiving care and made us feel very uncomfortable. He doesn't care for his patients and was so rude my mother left crying.
