I was amazed at how quickly I could schedule an appointment with GPOA to see Dr. Giggles! At my second visit it was determined that the bone spurs and cyst needed removed and the wait for that was very reasonable. He explained the procedure in full.

Spent very little time and very limited exam. Even though I had new symptoms than previously noted, Dr. did not do anything new or additional during exam. I could tell he thought the appt was pointless. Medications were prescribed even though I expressed my concern for taking them and my disinterest. He said he would call them in and I could decide if I wanted them or not. Same type of Medication was prescribed even though I have said in all my previous exams that that type of medication never works for me. I had a new chronic, incurable diagnosis unrelated to my appt and he did not seem at all interested in hearing how it had been affected my current problem as to why I was there. In previous exams he offered other diagnostics and when I brought them up this visit it seemed like he didn't agree with his previous recommendations and just wrote me a script for OT again. Overall, I have felt the last few visits were the same thing with no real direction for a better quality of life.… More time and attention should be spent with your patients and if you cannot dedicate that time, refer elsewhere. The front staff was also a bit rushy and short.

He did both my shoulder and neck surgeries. Highly recommend.

He was very helpful and explain the situation that I had a bursitis and he gave me an arm wrap to help along the way. He wants me to come back in 4 weeks and take the bandage off. And see how my bursitis is. I have been going to him for many things.

I saw him for a thumb injury He was so kind and very gentle my thumb has a hair line fracture across the bone It does hurt a lot and he gave me great care No surgery yay Return in 3 weeks for follow up

Dr. Giugale is an excellent doctor! He is really kind, knowledgeable and explains things so that I can understand. He has done 2 hand surgeries for me and I would highly recommend him.
