I specialize in providing "talk therapy" to provide therapeutic support, guidance, clinical insight / education, and advocacy for those I serve. My approach is person-centered, so you can count on me to be your advocate, listening closely, and giving you unconditional positive regard. I often incorporate creative means (e.g., tv/film, music, books, games, etc.) and psychometrics / diagnostic tools to effectively explore and address underlying causes of concern.
