dr, mantilla is a very good doctor, but he should change all his staff, they are rude and lazy if at any time you need a letter don't even ask his staff is not going to do not matter if you send email fax or go in person, they give you all excuses and of course the doctor don't even know about this.

I always have a bad experience with the wait time. You have to wait around an hour in the waiting room, then you have to wait another 45 minutes in the consultation room. The last time I went, he was rushing between the patients. I don't recommend this office.

Dr mantilla has turned into a very uncaring dr his office is impossible to get an appointment and Dr Mantilla has become rude to even his patients I will no longer be his patient

I agree with one of the other reviews, he has forgotten why he became a Doctor. Well maybe he just became a doctor for the money. My story is pretty sad because the minute he was not on my insurance and I would not be able to see him and he would not get a dime from me he would not even call in a refill on my prescription. I did not realize he was not on my new insurance, I went in to refill my prescription at the pharmacy, at that time they advised me I had not more refills when they called him he denied it. The next day I call the dr's office the nurse puts me on hold a comes back after a while and tells me that the office manager said they could not call in the refill because I was no longer his patient. I tried explaining the problem she puts me in with the Office Mgr., his wife, she tells me sorry but you are not his patient no can do. I explained that I just found this out and I was out of refills, pleaded with her, said by the time I could find a doctor and get in to see… him/her it will be 2 or 3 weeks. I will be without medication, blood pressure pills, how about if I start feeling bad. Her exact words were oh well go to the emergency room they could help. Do you believe it, I found that very sad. So you would rather send a patient to the emergency room to spent 2 or 3 hrs, because understandably it is not an emergency before just calling in one month of refill. I am sorry but this is wrong and very sad. What kind of Doctor is he..... Definitely only in it for the money, never cared about helping, healing people.

This is the worse office you can go to . They don't keep their word . making an annual appointment is impossible. You need to wait 3 months In order to get an appointment . then they all you the same day to tell you is canceled . their office procedures are ridiculous.
