A very good doctor, friendly and efficient staff.

I have been a patient of Dr Masi for 19 years. although you do have to wait for your appointment it is well worth it. He will do whatever tests are necessary to get to the root of the problem and than fix it or turn you over to a specialist that will.

Doctor was unwilling to sign work papers to allow for AA meetings needed for my Alcoholism recovery...THEN I was charged $80 for a 5 min doctor's visit in which they did NOTHING. Highly not recommended!

horrible office, rude and bully people, hard to schedule appointment, hard to reach them, if you are 5 minutes late they won't let you in and if you are on time you have to wait about an hour or more. NOT recommended, do NOT waste our time and money. Shame!

Dr. Masi has been my P.P. For a very long time...i can’t think of anyone else whom I’d trust with my health care. He has been spot on in all my treatments

Dr. Masi has been my PCP for the last 16 years. He is very kind and caring. He sits down with you takes his time and explains things to you. He listens and will order tests to rule out any possible problems or diagnosis. If you do have a particular area of concern he will refer you to a specialist in that field which most pcp will do. The only cons I have is there is a long wait for an appointment and a long waiting time in the office ( which is possibly due to him giving his patients the attention they need) I have never seen him rude to his patients. I have seen him rude to his staff which can be why they are not so friendly and poor at returning calls(another con) His nurse practitioners are not so great and can be rude. Overall. Dr. Masi is very knowledgeable and I never have a problem getting medication or tests completed. It is a very busy office.

I had been going there for over 4 years... throughout that time, the wait times for appointments were pretty long, the doctor (when I did see him) he had no bedside manner at all. The others Rachel and William Keller were not much better. They all treat you like a number on a piece of paper and do whatever they can to get you out as fast as possible. Its clear they do not have any compassion for what people are going through. Dr dismissed me from the practice because I did not want expensive, useless injections for my pain! (which I had already tried with a previous doctor. they did not help and cost way too much to keep trying) Its their way or no way! Be ware.

Rude, disrespectful and incompetent. Didn't remove all of the stitches from my mouth. Insists on unnecessary tests and labs and if you don't take them - you don't get your meds. (even high blood pressure pills that you can't do without)! Will not refer you to specialists and if you go on your own he will not cooperate with them may discharge you (like he did to me after 5 years)!

This place is a JOKE! Seems no one can do their job. Doctor will discharge you out of nowhere leaving you with no treatment for your problems, NO reasoning as to WHY he did it and no assistance in helping you find another dr to go to, when its THE LEAST HE COULD DO! Very unprofessional, very unsympathetic to what his patients go through EVERYDAY.

Office staff hangs up on you after they make you wait on hold for 10 minutes to check on ONE thing, the office manager can't be bothered to call you back after leaving several messages, and you have to wait over an hour for your own APPOINTMENT. Dr.Masi himself is very rude and disrespectful, talks over the patient and doesn't take you seriously at all. Would strongly suggest NO ONE go here. If I could give a negative review, I would.
