Dr. Juan Patricio Moreno, MD

Dr. Moreno has always been such an attentive doctor and I usually get a response from him or his office within 24 hours at most. I brag about my primary care doctor all the time. He's the best.

Dr Moreno is always attentive and concerned. Will discuss issues that come up as part of the visit. Always makes you feel like you are important to him. Would not want to have to go to another doctor as they would have a hard time measuring up to the bar/standards he sets.

I don't know who gave him a low score but personally I have to give him a 5++ He is knowledge, kind and compassionate. He's easy to talk to, response to email in lightning speed. Like I said, he is the reason I stay with Kaiser. He's a true asset and I have 100% confidence in Dr. Moreno. Thank you sir, for taking care of my father and I.

Dr Moreno was very attentive and offered many explanations on why I may be going through what I am going through. He didn’t rush me during my visit. Listened to all my concerns and addressed each one with no impatience.

I'll start off by saying that I bet a lot of those no-comment 1-star reviews are from the SAME person. Not everyone clicks, we get it... This was my first visit with Dr. Moreno. He was one of the nicest doctors I have met and went out of his way to make sure I got the care I needed to get me on my way to feeling better. If it weren't for Dr. Moreno during our doctor/patient phone appointment gently having me realize I needed to be seen (and he fit me in within the hour at the end of the day), I would still be suffering. Dr. Moreno was able to diagnose what was going on and explain why it happens... Kindly shook my hand upon leaving and walked me out to show me where I needed to go next. Thank you Dr. M. for being the great doctor that you are. ?

doc staff (medical assistant) VERY unprofessional. doc also needs to learn how to pretend he cares about his patients.

Dr. Moreno has been my primary physician for about six years and I can say that he has kept me in good health. Dr. Moreno has given me great health tips on keeping my weight under control and, he always takes his time in trying to understand my problems and come to a quick solution which I am truly greatful for. I am or can be high maintenance and a difficult patient, he works with me very well and takes his time with me. Dr Moreno has a bedside mannor that is wonderful. I trust him full on when it comes to my health. I highly recommend Dr. Juan P Moreno as a primary physician.
