Dr. Juan Antonio Ortega-Mora, MD

I scheduled an appointment for 4/15/13 for 4pm. When I got there the receptionist at the desk was very rude to me. She gave me a look like they were not expecting any other patients. I approached the console the receptionist was on a phone call . When she hung up she rolled her eyes and asked me what I was there for, as if this is not a doctors office and/ or they were closing or something and she just didn't want to be bothered. Her body language and attitude was horrible, and I let her know that she was very rude, unwelcoming,and unprofessional she told me she did not have me scheduled at all for that day, and the next time I call to make an appointment I need to write down who I had talked to. which i didn't see why that mattered. Whoever took down my appointment that day, which sounded like her still didn't schedule it so I didn't see the point of knowing who. Your supposed to address your name when answering a professional business line anyway, in which she failed to do. The staff… there seems very young,rude,uneducated and unorganized.One of the nurses couldn't pronounce headache she pronounced it as "head-itch". Since then, I have changed my children care provider.I will not be going back to any other dead end doctor that allows such uneducated individuals.
