I had to have a Cardiac Cath done on May 21, 2019 and this was the second time seeing Dr Pastor the last was 5 years ago. I have to say he is the most patient and caring surgeon not to mention knowledgeable!!!! Dr Pastor and his team put me at ease and made this stressful time the best it could be. I highly recommend this Doctor.....

Boy do you wait in his office. The longest I have ever waited for a doctor appt. In excess of 5 hours. I arrived early afternoon and was seen early evening. I will never forget the wait or the doctor. When he finally arrived in the exam room he apologized and then proceeded to spend about 2 hours with me on my first visit. He has some very, very long days. Never have I felt a doctor personally cared about me as much as he did. He patiently listened to me, answered all the questions I had and he gave me the feeling he was there for me that evening as long as it took and he was. A great and talented doctor and believe me he is worth the wait as long as it is because he was giving his other patients the same time and attention he gave me. Pack a lunch and don't complain. Your will be glad you did. The staff is another issue. They are not that competent or good. The office is ill managed and they keep changing his assistant all the time so that puts a burden on the doctor… that he should not have to deal with. This great doctor just really needs to have more days in the office.

I met with dr Pastore for blood clot issue. He did a very thorough examination spent almost two hours with me. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave an accurate diagnosis of my conditions. The waiting room was long but I was very blessed to be seen by such an amazing doctor Roy P

Doctor Pastor is a caring doctor. He is always complete in his exam of me. Also, he has a very comforting manner when speaking to me. He treats me like I am part of his family and has done so since my very first visit. Doctor Pastor's staff are friendly and efficient also in a comforting manner.

Dr. Pastor has been our family cardiologist for a while, and although the waiting time can sometimes be long, I don't mind because I know he is spending quality time with his patients the same way he does with me. Nobody likes to wait but then people complain when the doctors spend only 5-10 minutes on a patient's visit. He explains everything I need to know and answers all my questions. His assistant is also very kind. I have gotten healthier through his treatment plan for me.

Dr. Pastor-Cervantes is a kind and caring physician. he is very knowledgeable, practical and his staff is also very helpful.

was supposed to have minorl surgery at the hospital with dr. pastor-waited four hours he never came or called. use someone else.

Usually very long wait till you get into the exam room. I usually wait at least 1 Hour. The Doctor has very good "bedside manor" and explains everything in detail. His staff (1 girl) doesn't follow up on anything the doctor asks her to do for me... Example.. Last time I went for my visit he requested special blood work to be performed and she was to call me after he checked on the results. Well she has never called, I call but my calls are never returned (3 times). Its been about 9 months since my last visit and my medications are running low so I guess I'll call to make another appointment through the regular channels.

Dr Pastor has taken care of my husband, my son and me and I have found him to be the most caring and compassionate doctor that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. His professionalism went far above what was expected as he explained each and every procedure and its ramifications.

I have been sitting in the waiting room for 2 HOURS waiting for my appointment. I have had open heart surgery and have been experiencing severe pain. In my opinion, 2 hours is more than a little ridiculous, especially for such delicate patients. My appointment is at the memorial regional hospital. If you want to come here I would recommend going somewhere else, and FAST. The nurses are SO RUDE as well. Go see someone else.
