Horrible on call backs. Rare to talk to a human when calling always voice mail. Ofc has gotten too big I guess.

I have always considered Dr Perez to be an exemplary Physician, allow me to raise my rating to above and beyond exemplary. I have been a patient of his for many years, he is thoroughly familiar with my history and lifestyle. This year I presented with some paresthesia. I was certain it was diabetes. He ordered a B12 test and sure enough, I was in the lower range of normal. Easy enough to fix. Obviously Dr. Perez is extremely well read and has a wealth of experience to draw from. AND..I have never waited more than a minute or two to see this busy Physician. Thanks Dr. Perez, I know my health is in good hands

After many years of seeing Dr. Perez, I'm officially done with him and his nurse practitioner. They used to be so good and now it's hard to get in to see Dr. Perez himself. I just saw his nurse practitioner Ms. Martinez and she was so rude. She actually asked me what was wrong this time. I haven't even gone to see them in 6 months. All she did was type on her computer, she didn't even listen to what I was telling her. She talked down to me. I'm so done with this Dr!

Dr. Perez is the Best Dr. ever! If not for him and his expertise, I would never have had my baby boy. I suffered from secondary infertility for many years and every Dr. I went to (at least 5 dr.'s)never thought to check my thyroid. Dr. Perez was the only Dr. who diagnosed me and after 17 years, I had my baby. If you want a Dr. who knows what he's doing, listens to YOU, and actually reads those forms you fill out, then this is your Dr. There is one front desk lady who isn't very friendly but don't let that keep you from seeing the best Dr. in El Paso

I believe I've been seeing Dr Perez as of 2005 0r 2006 I have never ever been at this office over 30 mins in total from when I first walk in am seen and check out also when ever there is a problem with my help one way or another they get me in to be seen . And the staff has always done a fantastic job on getting any issue resolved because of the fault of the insurance not this office. I received great care and have learned so much about my health because of Dr Perez He found a major illness i am dealing with that no other Doctor took the time to investigate I recommend him highly on behalf of my self and son and the people I have sent to be seen by him none have had any complaints on going there. Infact they are glad they began going there.

Dr. Juan Perez is an exceptional Doctor. Very attentive and caring. He goes above and beyond to help diagnose your ailments. Great Person

Constantly messing up the pharmacy's. Won't listen to what you want, they tell you were to go. Very, very frustrating whenever it comes to medication that you need to breath with.

After years of struggling to find a Doctor that #1 believed me and my symptoms. After I saw Dr Perez he found my problems and has treated me for all of them for 6 yrs now. He has also treated my son from age 6 to 14 yrs of age. Never have I found a Doctor who sincerely cares for our health and well being I was Amazed at how well his office is run and will continue to be his patient For as long as i am on this planet!

This was the worst practice I have ever been to. The office staff was the rudest girls ever. We were never notified of appointments. The Dr never returned my calls about my test results. I was very sick and had to find out from another DR bc the girls in the office never called. I called them each week for a month and still no response. To make matters worse they are quick to send for their payments though. I finally had appointment to tell Dr how I was being treated and got a certified letter in mail saying he will no longer see me. Want everyone to watch out for this crooked practice. They also do not do child vaccines. It might would be a nice place to start a real family practice. Hope no one makes the mistake we did by taking their family there.
