Extraordinario doctor, en sus conocimientos y en el trato a sus paciente

I went to this office in dire health unable to breath. They scheduled a stress test weeks out and had me sign a paper that I would not eat before hand. As with any new doctor one must sign and fill out multiple papers. They did not bother to inform me verbally that I should not eat breakfast which I normally dont eat anyway. All they cared about was covering themselves with the signed paper. What they didn't care about was if the patient actually understood not to eat before hand. I then could not even come in later that day to take the test because I ate and they had the gaul to insist I be charged for the test. My health is horrible, my situation critical and the doctor does not care enough about his patients to train his staff or set expectations.
