Dr Juan Trinidad is a true professional. Five stars from me. Kind and gentle with a stellar attitude and helpful. I feel extremely fortunate to have found him. Wouldn't go to anyone else .

My family member was treated for an ear infection at this clinic and within 36 hours came down with COVID 19. We presume he caught it at this clinic. The doctor, Juan Trinidad was contacted 48 hours later about the sudden symptoms and he scheduled a Covid test for my family member and the result was positive. So we went in with an ear infection and came out with Covid. Juan Trinidad billed us $150 for a phone call informing us of the “test results” in addition for other “treatments.” This billing office incorrectly recorded our insurance card and badgered us and harassed my family for months sending bills with poorly written English, explaining we had “no coverage” instead of admitting they had made an administrative mistake and taken our number down wrong. We absolutely had coverage. We put our insurance in contact with theirs, ironed out their admin mistake. Or so we thought. Five months later we get another poorly written, barely legible, bad grammar bill in the mail… threatening collections! These people bill accounts erroneously, have irate and rude administrative staff, and have billed us fraudulent charges for almost a year. They yell and hang up without solving the issue. They should be avoided AT ALL COSTS! Patients beware!!! They are not totally literate and will screw up and add random things to jack up your bill!!
