Starting from appointment taking to billing and actual visit all around very bad experience. Avoid this doctor at all costs. They don't even check is payment is already received or not before sending it to collection. even after calling them to correct their mistake, they did not.

Horrible Doctor, doesn't like to answer any questions and the whole visit is rushed.There are no bedside manners. He keeps the door open and everyone including patients in the waiting room can hear everything. He threw me out of the office and told me this is not my country and that the laws in America are different. Save your time and money and find a different doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Vailant for more than 25 years. Super friendly staff, almost no waiting time, visits are fast and very efficient. Dr. Vailant is very friendly and is very good at what he does. I have recommended him to family members and they were also very pleased.
