Dr. Juanita Moreno Valverde, MD

DO NOT pick her as your PCP. She does NOT care for the patients; she only cares about charging the insurance. I went in for referrals and I left without referrals. I was going to explain to her the issues of why I made the appointment, and she clearly told me she didn't care to hear about it and continued to do whatever she wanted and not what I went for. They told me I need to see her again in order to get the referrals I originally went for. I asked for a list of services they charged my insurance, and they refuse to provide that to me. I reported them to my insurance and hope they investigate her for treating patients like they don't matter. She does NOT care about her patients she only cares about overcharging insurance and getting paid.

My mom has seen this doctor for many years. She is unprofessional and uncaring. Recently she went to see her because she was getting legs cramps. She told her that she didn't notice anything wrong. As my mom insisted, she send her to get a test that was refused by her insurance. The insurance call the doctor's office and they never answer the phone. My mom who is retired end up paying for the test. The test show that her arteries are blocked. Boycott this "doctor" she has no empathy. Even told my mom that her sickness was mental and that she would refer her to a physiologist. She doesn't even deserve one star.

Patient of Dr Juanita M Valverde for over 3 years I have yet to see her at a reasonable time. Her time is valuable but her patients time is not she thinks that by apologising it makes it alright, she is rude about keeping a reasonable time and she looks very unprofessional when she is fumbling thru the paperwork it means that she is not prepared for her patient.

If you want to deal with a doctor who tries to force every vaccine and shot possible on your children, and makes up her own findings without verifying or asking you questions first, you can go to Dr. Valverde.
