Dr. Jubeen Moaven

I had recently had a colonoscopy in the summer. I had pain for months afterwards. I tried to contact the doctor who done it but couldn’t get a straight answer. I finally made an appointment with doctor Moaven who reviewed everything and provide me with reassurance. I will be seeing him for my repeat colonoscopy in 4 years. Thanks Dr. M

My doc sent me to dr Moaven for bleeding I had last month. He explained things to me then did a colonoscopy the next week!!!! Thank you Dr. Moaven and your team.

My primary sent me to Dr. Moaven for heartburn. Dr. Moaven recommended an endoscopy and diagnosed HPylori. He gave me antibiotics for it and my abdominal issues are basically 100% better. Thanks Dr. Moaven!

I went to Dr. Moaven last spring and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a doctor’s appointment. He misdiagnosed me, barely spent any time answering questions, printed something out that I could easily google, and overshared about problems he was having in his personal life. Do not recommend. I left a one-star review previously, and it looks like it was deleted? Vitals.com, what is your policy regarding removal of ratings?

On Monday 8-26-2019 Dr Moaven performed a colonoscopy on me. Before the procedure Dr M explained the procedure and asked me a series of questions about my history and family history related to the colonoscopy. Then it was my turn to ask all questions I had. He took his time answering and did not rush me. A quality and caring professional.

My appointment with Dr. Moaven was one of the worst doctor’s appointments I’ve experienced. He had not read any of my medical history, including my family’s history of colon cancer/polyps. He hardly listened to my description of symptoms and then tried to hurry me out the door, telling me to just take Imodium every day. I had to tell him about my family history, and press for more advice about handling my symptoms. He then just printed out some diet advice from a website I could’ve easily googled. Complete waste of time at best, and possibly negligent/dangerous at worst.

I was referred to Dr. Moaven because a doctor I had seen locally could not complete my colonoscopy. Dr. Moaven carefully explained the risks and benefits of the procedure and was able to do my colonoscopy. I didn’t feel a thing! thank you Dr. Moaven

I saw Doctor Moaven for my GI issues. He and his staff were wonderful. My procedure went as expected and he was supportive and caring throughout the entire process. Thank you, Dr. Moaven.

I found Dr Moaven, to be condescending. I am an elderly female(maybe that was the problem). I am not stupid just because I am old. I was referred to him for stomach problems. This was never even discussed or mentioned. Nothing was done. No help at all. WASTE of My Time.

On time, gracious, informative, confident. Procedure was as expected.
