Dr. Judah Raphael Lindenberg, MD

I arrived in the building at 2:32pm asked for directions to Doctors office. Asked them to call and let them know I was on my way and she said she would. Was given simple directions and went to his office. I arrived at his office at 2:34pm and stood outside of the closed glass window and listened to the receptionist give another patient directions to get his blood test done and other private information that was exchanged. I heard her put someone on hold. Then the phone started ringing again and she did not answer the phone due to talking to a patient behind the glass window. She finally opened the window several minutes later. I gave my name and she said your late I don’t think the doctor will see you” and I said “My appointment is for 2:30pm and I just drove an hour and a half to get here from Ashtabula” She went and asked the Doctor if he would see me and he said “No I have another patient in five minutes” so you schedule appointments every 10-15 minutes? I went back to the desk… that gave me directions and she said “its 2:40pm” I let her know they refused to see me and I asked if she called like I had asked. She said yes she had called. She said they put me on hold and she said she hung up and called back. She called to double check and they no they wouldn’t see me. That is when I found out it wasn’t even a Cleveland Clinic Doctor. He just rents a office from Cleveland Clinic. I got a name of another neurologist and will be seeing him next week. Cleveland Clinic was very apologetic and I will never return to that neurologist ever!!! On a side note there was another person in the waiting room that was appalled as well. Very poor customer service!!

I have been seeing Dr Lindenberg for several years. I have always found him to be attentive, patient and kind. I have recommended him to many and will continue to do so! His compassionate nature makes it very easy to talk with him and I have NEVER felt rushed when discussing new or reoccurring symptoms. I would never permit the attitude of a staff member (although my experience has always been very positive) prevent my continued care with Dr. Lindenberg!

staff was rude on multiple occasions. MD could not be bother contacting other health providers w/information to assist in continuum of care

I was rushed to the hospital with a TIA and had never seen Dr. Lindenberg before. I could not have asked for a more knowledgable, thorough doctor. He spent as much time with me as I needed and was wonderful. I am switching from the Neurologist I have had for years to him. I can't say enough good things about him.
