Dr. Jude Alexander Thomas

Dr. Jude Thomas is not only knowledgeable, but really takes the time understand his patients needs. His chair side manners are second to none, and he is an excellent dentist who makes every visit as pain free as possible. I would, have and will recommend him to anyone living in the Louisville area and surrounding cities well worth your time and money.

I have had two crowns and a root canal done by Dr. Thomas in the past year. He and his staff have been great each time, very kind and very friendly. I was comfortable during each procedure and am very happy with the results. I would recommend this office to anyone!

And he even showed me and discussed with me my X-rays. 12 months later, I am finally done with my treatment, which I had to do in stages due to my financial situation. But Dr Thomas was very understanding, and staged out my treatment in a way that was attainable for me financially, and I was able to receive the best treatment option available. It's my fault I had to get a denture to replace my top teeth, but I am smiling for the first time in 6 years! He has given me a new-found confidence, and I am no longer embarrassed to greet my clients! Thank you Dr Thomas, you have changed my life, and I am so appreciative of all your hard work in helping me tackle such a huge hurdle in my life!

The efficiency and kindness of Dr. Thomas coupled with the courtesy and professionalism of his staff made for a great dental visit. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Terrible experience from the beginning. With the extraction of my upper teeth with about twenty to twenty-five shots for numbing, immediate denture put in, to the second denture within two months that they had to make for me and looked worse than the first. And by the way, a second/permanent denture should not of been made for at LEAST six months after the teeth are pulled because the gums are still healing! Dr. Thomas' manner is horrendous , to see him roll his eyes while explaining what needed to be done with Bob (denture maker), was very upsetting!!! Needless to say, my insurance was finally re-imbursed to pay another dentist to do this right and I am still waiting for the exact out-of-pocket amount to be credited back to me.

I had dental work done by this dentist when he worked for another company. I had got the feeling that with the other company since it was commercial that they only wanted to do the most expensive work first and then the minor stuff. Well I had my first root canal and crown put on by him. I now have to have a re-treatment done because the work was not done correctly. (This was the exact wording said to be by the endodontic dentist that I have to see and pay 1450.00 to have my now infected to the point where it is eating the bone repaired. NEVER AGAIN will I see this dentist!
