Not very patient and friendly very painful experience and tried to diagnose me with stuff that was not in her practice

If you are considering becoming her patient, I highly suggest you consider others. I have never taken the time to write a negative review in my life, but after being her patient for 3 years (simply because I could not find a closer, more available doctor), I just could not help it. Worst doctor I have ever been to, for many reasons.

Don't go.....the billing staff doesn't understand how to do their job. My insurance and I paid my bills in full and I didn't receive reimbursement until I caught the mistake and had to make a lot of phone calls. All of my appts were missed billed to insurance casuing a lot more phone calls. As far as her serves go, I began to wonder if what she was telling me was accurate seeing as every time I went to see her she got paid twice....as soon as I caught the billing problem, my health improved....no kidding...she's pretty cold and curt overall and seems to be always trying to sell me a procedure. I was on the wrong BC for two years causing lots hormonal problems.....my mother caught the problem....thanks Judi....

I went to Dr. Rosenthal for a number of years and stayed with her because I was hesitant to switch doctors, but I'm so glad I finally did. My new doctor made me realize how poor a job she did. She didn't share information willingly, couldn't perform all necessary procedures due to some issues she had previously, and wasn't thorough.

Dr Rosenthal's mistakes cost me a good deal of money to have a biopsy via in hospital surgery because her two prior attempts to gather samples in the office were done improperly and the results returned inconclusive. I had to pay for all attempts. Not to mention that she sent out my sample to a lab that was outside of BCBS network and her answer was "you should tell us exactly where you want them sent" and had no sympathy for me. ON top of that, WITHOUT notice, the office charged my debit card the amount due from the surgery and the bill wasn't even 30 days late. My bank account was completely screwed up.I will never go to her again.

Rosenthal is not a good doctor at all. She is not caring or considerate. She constantly interrupts people and is rude. Her staff is almost as bad as her. They are very rude and rushing. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
