Dr. Judith Ann Badner, MD

So far shes been good with me. She knows the meds and doesn't waste time.

If it was possible to give this doctor a negative rating with respect to the "five stars," I would do so. She is not worthy of one star. The administration at a hospital where she worked intended to retaliate against me for complaints I made about care I received from their Chief Medical Officer. The hospital refused to investigate the complaint, but retaliated in full force. The retaliation was intended to discredit me, and to insert this into my medical record -- so that anyone who reviewed the chart for examining the misconduct of the CMO, would come across the entries that I am "nuts," thus not to be believed about his specific misconduct. Dr. Badner participated in this without questioning what was going on. My inference is she's a suck-up to the hospital administration. She placed false statements made up by her into the record as though she had personally conducted a psychiatric evaluation, when in fact, to this day, she couldn't pick my face out of a line up or recognize me on… the street, This involved making me look "nuts" on paper, i.e., in my medical chart. There is no other inference possible when one looks at the chart --- and I am myself a health care professional. Dr. Badner did not see me, did not come in from her home to see me, but authored an extremely damaging note regarding me that has repercussions for my profession, when, in fact, I had proof in the medical records I had in my possession at that time that my allegations were true that were in the form of medical records made by another doctor. Because Dr. Badner could not be bothered to come in from home to see the patient, but wrote the libelous note from her home, she could not BILL for the "services" because she never saw the patient. The libelous note just hangs in my electronic medical record. There is nothing positive I could possibly say about this woman -- incompetent, unethical. Avoid.
