Dr. Judith Annmarie Giunta, MD

I have been a patient with Dr. G for 3 years. My diabetes had not been getting better and she took the time in researching proper meds and adjusting them so I could lower my A1C.

I disagree 100% with the reviews of Dr Giunta that include mention of “extraordinary, professional, thorough, informative” and on and on. The doctor rushed my office visit, did not address my questions, told me NOT to look up a potentially new-to-be-prescribed medication on the internet yet provided little information on the medication apart from her desire to start me on it. I went for two second opinions and each of these two medical doctors said it would not be advantageous for me to take that medication — and, given my history and lab data, definitely not at this time. (And Dr Giunta wanted to start me on the medicine immediately before my having the time to check for contraindications and more.) So it’s a no-go recommendation for any patient who may be on the fence about whether or not to consider treatment by Dr Giunta. Think twice before undergoing care from her and then even think again.

She is a very efficient and reliable doctor I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Giunta helped my mother in the hospital. I loved her so much I made sure to get her info. She knows more than just her practice. She is patient, thorough and well informed. Loved her!
