Repeatedly misdiagnosed my condition as an ear infection. Treated my headaches as though I was just whining. My "ear infections" and headaches were due to a tumor in my skull. If I hadn't gone to another doctor, I'd probably be dead. My new doctor remarked that adults rarely get ear infections. You'd think Paine would know that and would have referred me to a specialist. Do yourself a favor and go directly to another doctor.

Dr. Paine was extremely rude. I was being seen for excruciating lower back pain (I was on day 4 or 5 with this pain)... she said to me, "we do NOT do Percocet here!", in the most demeaning way... I was appalled. I served 20 years in the military and have NEVER done drugs in my life and yet she took it upon herself to assume that I was there to get drugs. I was absolutely disgusted by her bedside manner - she is most definitely in the wrong career field! By the way, a caring doctor was able to properly diagnose me and my sacrum is crooked and pinching a nerve - idiot!

She is the best MD I have had in my life I have been with her for over 15 years. She is very very knowledable, I dont feel she is rude, she tells it to you straight, and some cant handle that.

I have been a patient of Dr. Paine for approx. 7 years and just think the world of her. She guided me through breast cancer sugery and followup treatments, answered all of my questions directly and honestly. I rely on her judgement 200%. I never feel rushed or that I am "bothering" her with questions. Her staff is just great! Probably the best physician I have ever had. Would recommend her without reservation to anyone who appreciates honesty and directness.

although thorough and knowledgable w/ excellent support staff, she can be rude and disrespectful to patients. pushes the limit in my opinion.
