Dr. Shaffer is the best dentist! We started with her 18 years ago and have been delighted with her professional, and personable, approach to making each visit a pleasant experience no matter what needed to be done! We value her, and her staff, and recommend this office to anyone who is looking for excellent dental care!!

My family has been Dr. Shaffer for several years. Her practice is the best, kid friendly family oriented and very knowledgeable on oral health. I myself have been going to her before I got married. My parents before they retired & moved away went to her. Her staff is wonderful and she does everything she can to help her patients. Easy to schedule appointments and I've never never had any issues with billing. If your looking for a wonderful friendly caring dentist look no further, Dr. Shaffer & her staff will take great care of you.

We have known her since she started her practice here in West Grove. Whether a routine appointment or an emergency, she is accessible and does a great job.

Waited 40 minutes to see Dr. She was very rude and unprofessional in the way she spoke to me. It was very abnormal. She said she could not help me and took my chart back up to the front then disappeared upstairs. I was shocked!
