This place is the worst! It’s like a meat market you have pregnant women lined up, they take you in a room Do your vitals put you back in the waiting room. You sit there forever. Then bring you in another room and have you sit there for a half hour. You don’t know who is who coming into the exam room while your half naked. At least 2 other people come in who never identify themselves or title. You have to explain why you’re there 2 times. Bottom line you’ll never be able have a relationship with Dr Banks. She’s in and out. You can forget about getting a prescription filled. The Pharmacy can’t get in touch with anyone. They just get disconnected. When I called they sent me to voicemail I then received a call from someone 6 hours later who didn’t have an answer for me. Said they will look into and never got back to me. I felt abandoned and in pain to where I had to go the ER. By the way was far better than the clinic. I hate that place! Don’t go there!!!!!

She certainly loves what she does,She treated me like she was very special to her, not just a patient. thank My Judy Banks. God Bless you.

She is excellent in treating her patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Banks for over 30 years. Her office is closing without even a post card to inform me of the fact. The staff that is left is rude and demanding that you come pick up your records ASAP, with no evening hours. So I have to take off from work to get my records, Very sad.

I did not get to meet Dr. Banks because her receptionist/staff, Sophia, was incredibly rude. I could not have imagine having to converse with her each time I had to go to the Dr. She made a scheduling error and had me down for the wrong appointment. She acknowledged her error and told me it was not her problem and proceeded with "I can leave or I can sit down". Clearly, I left. Good luck with anyone having to deal with Sophia directly. Being a good Dr. includes making sure you have the right people working for you.

I started going to Dr Banks in my third trimester because I was determined to go to an OB that not only supported VBACs but also had a high success rate. After meeting with a few doctors out of Morristown, I chose her. I was not disappointed. Her staff is very friendly, greets you kindly and knows your name. They even came to know my toddler and never minded that he tagged along. The wait time was no longer than my previous OB and was a half hour on one occasion but i didn't mind because of the time she and her staff spend with you. It's like going to see a friend who takes the time to listen to and understand your needs. I got very sick late in my pregnancy and left a message with her service around midnight on a Saturday night. She not only called me back within 3 minutes, she urged me to find a local pharmacy where she would call in my Rx. Her care is top notch, her professionalism and bedside manner excellent. I had the BEST labor experience with her and would recommend her to… every woman I know! When you chose her, you are going to someone who puts your needs before anything else.

Dr. Banks is decent with bedside manners but unfortunately she is pathetic at medical knowledge. Being a doctor myself and having delivered babies myself, I can say this with confidence. Here are a few things where Dr. Banks ignorance surprised me.She suspected PE in me without even examining me and was ordering a CT scan during my 7 th month of pregnancy. I literally had to fight back to sve my baby from CT. I was confident that it was probably Anemia, and growth spurt of the baby.2. She didn't know whether TDAP vaccine can be give during pregnancy. In fact, she didn't know about vaccination in pregnancy at all3. She gave me midline episiotomy right upto rectal sphincter. Luckily, I didn't get rectal ter but was very close. The stitches she gave were very lousy and quite a few ruptured.4. She didn't know that Ondansetron was the generic name for the antiemetic she prescribed.These and many such incidences shattered my confidence in her. Even though she has good bedside manners, her… lack of medical knowledge is scary. I am definitely not going to her for my 2nd one.
