Instead of finding solutions for the problems that bring them to therapy, I work to empower them so that they learn to find solutions for themselves. To treat each client with the utmost respect, unconditional positive regard, and nonjudgmental manner is something I strive to do. I integrate both traditional and modern theoretical approaches to mental health therapy as well as various techniques from across various models.
