Dr. Judy Pan is a dual-specialty physician practicing otolaryngology-head and neck surgery and plastic surgery. She graduated from SUNY Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine and completed her residency training at SUNY Health Science Center. With 18 years of clinical experience, Dr. Pan has developed extensive expertise in treating complex conditions affecting the head, neck, and facial regions.
