Quick to do a c-section and all while acting like you’re just a number, not a patient. Seems as though she left obstetrics. I wouldn’t trust her to treat me with a cold.

Now that I am having my second child Dr Zacher is everything I am looking to avoid this time around. Her personality is very cold like others mentioned. She was so extremely rough when using her fingers to check me it would make me almost scream. Then when my water broke and I was in the hospital only within 2 hours I was being sent for a c section. There was no interest in options , it was straight to the operating room where she did such a poor job on my c section cut. Its jagged and uneven. Even how it healed has to be surgically corrected. I see now shes doing permanent makeup ...maybe that is where her true passion is and should stay.

They overcharged me and I have been waiting 4 months for a refund. If I owed money to them they wouldn't wait 4 months. She also used sevices out of my health plan so I was charged over 900 for labs my insurance company should of been less than 200. I had the cryoblation which did not help with my bleeding its still as bad as it was before I spent thousands to stop it. She herself is a ok doctor but DO NOT PAY UP FRONT 4 months and counting for my refund and make sure they only use in plan labs.

Dr. Zacher has provided outstanding care for me across the years. Because I trust her, I took my daughter to see her. I would highly recommend her.

I came to Dr. Zacher after leaving a large practice and was tired of feeling like just a number. I am so glad I did! VERY friendly office staff!

Pros: office staff are friendly, it is easy to get an appointment, and it is a small practice.Cons: She has a very indifferent attitude towards patients. I don't know if she doesn't remember one patient from the next, but she could at least act as though she cares. It almost comes across cold. I was expecting more from a private practice.

Worst experience with a doctor that I've ever had! I have since heard from others that they did not appreciate her "bedside manner" either. I wouldn't recommend.
