it is not often you find someone who genuinely cares for children like dr. Kahai. I am forever in her debt for the care she has given my children. I am at a loss for words after todays appointment when she actually teared up with me an my wife discussing my daughters well being. God Bless you doctor Kahai. I thank the good lord everyday that we have you to turn to when it comes to the health and well being of my children

MY GRANDKIDS HAVE NUMEROUS MEDICAL PROBLEMS AND WE WERE AT OUR WITS END ON HOW TO MANAGE THEM. NO OTHER DOCTOR IN THE COUNTY WOULDTOUCH THEM. YES I KNOW DR KAHAI HAS LONG WAIT TIMES BUT IT IS BECAUSE SHE SPENDS ALL THE TIME NECESSARY TO ENSURE HER PATIENTS HAVE THE BEST MEDICAL AND SOCIAL CARE THEY DESERVE. NOT ONLY THAT. SHE SUPPORTS US (FAMILIES) TO ENSURE WE GET EVERYHELP WE NEED- EVEN WITH SCHOOLS, ETC

Dr Jugta Kahai is surely an excellent doctor

I had heard how good Dr. Kahai was and how she was meticulous with detail- she was able to diasgnose and treat my children where other pediatricians didn't take the time because they were on Medicaid.

My child was born with a rare genetic disorder. I visited many Pediatricians at multiple big hospitals like Duke, Chapel Hill, etc, and she underwent years of tests. Most of the Doctors did not spend much time with me trying to figure out her difficulties. I had practically given up on trying to find out what was wrong. However, the very first time I saw Dr. Kahai, she spent over an hour and a half with us, discussing every detail that even I had missed. She personally went over every page of her old medical records. Needless to say, she diagnosed her with a rare disease and referred my daughter to the best specialists.I will always be indebted to her for her excellent work and feel it is well worth the wait to see her- parents come from all over the State- last time there was a mother from Hickory!

My daughter has multiple complex birth abnormalities and I could not find anyone else to see her- Dr Kahai was a Godsend and has saved her life. We are truly blessed to have her here.

Dr. Kahai was our sons primary care physician for 5 years while we were in NC. She is the most amazing Dr we have ever met and was the ONLY reason we debated not leaving NC. She actually CARES about her patients and shows that. She would laugh with him and cry with him and was extremely patient during his down times. We never had a problem getting an appt and when my son trusted NO ONE else to take his blood she did it. Children that have a Dr. Like Jugta Kahai are able to make a bond that is unforgettable.
