You wait forever, and by forever I mean over 2 hours, to just see the doctor for 5 minutes. No patient care whatsoever. I got asked one question and then handed 2 prescriptions. Not even given a chance to ask questions about side effects or even told how often I need to take them or if I had to take them,with food or an empty stomach etc

The receptionist is by far the most rude person I have ever encountered in the medical profession. The woman is rude, raises her voice, and just repeats herself over and over again. Recently, the day before Thanksgiving I called to inquire about a script and she just kept repeating that the office was closed. When I asked why she answered the phone if the office was closed, she yelled. All I needed was a fax, not even a new script. When I asked if Dr. Gupta had an answering service for her patients she just kept repeating to call back on Monday. Dr. Gupta is okay in person but nearly impossible to reach and she does not return phone calls. You are forced to make appointments and there is no support between said meetings.

This is one of the worst practices I have been too. Absolutely rude receptionist. If the doctor wants patients to come to her office then she needs to change the edison office receptionist. All they care about is making money and charging your insurance. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT go to this doctor. I would not even give them a one star. Absolute nightmare.

Hated the Linden, NJ office...never knew if you were ever going to see the same doctor whenever you walked into that office. The wait was way to long. You never saw Dr. Gupta just the doctor of the day...the turn over of doctors and staff in this office was just crazy....

Dr. Gupta was very rude and insensitive to my family during a very trying time for our family.

The office staff is not helpful. Medical records were not forwarded. The offices in which Dr. Gupta do not know the office hours of the other locations even though calls are forwarded to the other office.

Overall was a good and satisfying visit with all my issues resolved. Dr. Gupta seems very pleasant and jovial and made me comfortable. I am a male and was apprehensive to go to a female physician but with Dr. Gupta I did not feel at all uncomfortable.

This is deficiently the work Dr ever Gupta if that's what you want to call her is a B%$$h. She is rude, don't care about her patience and will do anything to send your medical provided 12 different codes for services she did not perform. I could go on and on the all of the other reviews summed it it really well. DO NO, I Repeat DO NO go to this practice unless you like waiting 3 hours to be rushed out with no real info. Oh and out of all the times my family went their I have yet to meet her. She has a different dr ever day.
