Dr. Juhn Mark Han, MD

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Han's warmth, friendliness, as well as his knowledge and professionalism. He was extremely thorough in the exam and stitched my elbow up with skill and confidence. His concern was genuine.

Dr. Han was incredibly rude to me during our first appointment; he told me that I "should know why" he never prescribes the medicine I take; when I pressed him for more information, he said I should read Wikipedia. I asked for some more authoritative information, and he suggested WebMD. I explained what I take the medicine for (panic attacks), and he told me that behavioral health should not be managed with drugs. As a person who has been in therapy, often supplemented by medication, for at least a decade, I was taken aback by his aggressive and categorical comment. When finally he agreed to give me the prescription I needed, he actually thrust the paper at me without fully entering the room, turned on his heels, and left without a word. Almost breathtakingly unprofessional!
