It was a good experience

Provider came across as condescending and didn't really ask many questions as to why I was there.

I went into office due to my son having a hard ball of impacted my wax. He was at the age where they would need the board and I was completely fine with it due to the fact my son was under age 1 he really wouldn’t remember what happened, boy!!! Did Dr.Eisenhart make me feel like the WORST mother ever for doing what was best for my child. Going on how this is traumatizing my child and he’s going to hate doctors forever. Yes my heart was breaking but I knew it was what was best. She blew me off acted like there wasn’t any wax like it was a little drop! Go home after and look in his ear! It’s still there now months later it’s still there and building up more.. I know another infection is going to happen once the wax closes the canal again like it did before.. now I will have to find a better place who will solve this issue for all right then and there. Now I have to actually traumatize my poor baby because that B*tch didn’t want to do her job.
