Dr. Julene Braunecker Samuels, MD

I wish I could fully explain how arrogant, inappropriate, cruel, argumentative, manipulative, and unprofessional this doctor is. I can’t assess her work because I could not get past her attitude and inflated prices. She charges over double what other doctors do. She insults you the whole time both on your appearance and intellect. I’m surprised she does not have you bow to her, because I’m sure she believes she is a queen. Truly hurtful experience I would not wish on anyone. Stay away from this place.

I’m pressed to believe the level of pain I’ve experienced is expected during this procedure, unless procedure went awry. Dr. Samuels failed to set expectations, didn’t properly disclose any information about the procedure. She made poor judgment by discontinuing the procedure half way through to resume next day and didn’t bother showing up. Next day it was performed by a nurse. Dr. Samuels never provided a quote that would transparently detail procedure; there was an immense discrepancy between what was verbally agreed to and what was done, not a person I would trust.

The doctor was very informative. She provided complete information that was precise and technical, yet at the same time was easy to understand. She is no-nonsense.

My results were beyond all expectations. Dr. Samuels was recommended to me by my primary care physician which made me even more comfortable going forward. It was a completely positive experience.

So I go and get a “consultation” at a cost of $50.00 Person says “you are and excellent candidate for this procedure”. So I pay an additional $3,300 and have 3 treatments. No results. So they decide to try a different procedure several more treatments. No results. One of the office girls comes in and advises me that my belly fat is “internal” not external and says “...none of our machines can help you”. Deceived? YES!! I requested a refund and was denied! You decide. But I would not recommend AT ALL!

Dr Samuels did a great job on breast lift. The follow up appts. Is where it went no so good. Very arrogant nurse. She was rude to where I didn't return for the balance of my checkups after surgery. I have spoke to other patients that had similar attitude from the same nurse. She is hurting Dr Samuels ratings. I'm sorry for that but she needs to be responsible to whom is working for her and caring for her patients.

Dr. Samuels and her staff make talking about sensitive topics comfortable. I had many options presented and was able to make a well informed decision for myself.

She is a wonderful Doctor. Very skilled. She did two revision surgeries on me. Had great results. Would definitely go back to her.

I was Dr. Samuels "final exam" at SW med school in Dallas, Tx. At that time I was 50 yrs. old. Today I am almost 72, and finally look like I'm 50 again. My plan now is to see her again for a redo and hope she'll say yes. She is an amazing surgeon and a terrific person. I join the rest of these reviewers with a 5 star rating, and wish there were a 100 rating because she certainly deserves it!

Dr Samuels took all the time I needed to explain my options, including ones that didn't require surgery. I felt completely comfortable asking questions and felt no pressure. It is obvious that she really cares about her patients.
