I work with clients with a variety of issues from depression, anxiety, and racial trauma. My clients want to work collaboratively to learn tools that aid them in improving their quality of life.
My approach is to work collaboratively with clients. My approach is to create safe spaces for our sessions. I like to help clients identify the natural strengths to aid them in their healing journey.
A little more about me, I was born and raised in Ohio. I have spent much of my career in community-based mental health centers. I have a master's degree in social work with 15 years of experience. I have worked with the adult population, working with a variety of different clients.
