Dr. Julia Ann Craig-Muller, MD

Worst "doctor" I've ever experienced. She is unfit to practice medicine. Her only real skill is creating insurance billing events.....and she is a world class champ at that!

"Dr" Craig Muller lacks even a single redeeming quality as a doctor. Her motivation is to have as much patient turnover as possible with no consideration for understanding the patient's medical concerns. And if you do some reading to understand a medical condition and question her flighty brainless behavior and conclusions she gets VERY rude. It is no exaggeration to say she is the most incompetent doctor I've ever been exposed to.

Wonders why I have not seen her in 3 years. The nurse practitioners are the ones I have been seeing, I like them. I know 2 other people who have left her. I had a stroke because she did not recommend an ultra sound even with my high cholesterol and age. When I asked her why she didn’t have been get one , she said “ because your insurance wouldn’t pay for it”. Some doctor may a decision for me that I didn’t even know about. I was lucky. So when I last saw her that was the last straw. Rude, arrogant she actually said that I had “interrupted her twice, and this is how we do things around here”. As she glared at me. Plus don’t ask too, too many questions, she has not time. Poor doctor.

Doctor muller is one of the best they have very through and kind she gave good information about every thing very nice and compssionate as well

Incompetent and should be banned from practicing medicine.

After being a patient (victim?) of this woman for about a year I developed some skin problems that I was concerned with. I scheduled an appt with "Dr" Craig Muller to see what the problem was. My appt started about a half hour late, and the "Dr" spent a few seconds examining the affected area. She declared it was probably due to dry skin from the winter weather. Problem solved! After the problem persisted I went to a real doctor, who diagnosed it an indicator of a far more serious problem. He ordered appropriate tests, and fortunately I am now being treated for that condition. If "Dr" Craig Muller had spent more than a minute or two with me, and put a little effort into diagnosing the problem, I would accept that it was an honest mistake. But as she put no effort into any part of the appt I must assume that she either doesn't know much about medicine or doesn't care about her patients...or both.

Long waits, sometimes as long as an hour. She is always rushing, seems to jump to solutions, doesn't really listen to the whole picture. I feel like she could easily miss something. Asking for clarifications seems to annoy her because she is so rushed. If I had a serious issue I would need to go elsewhere for my care.

Her appointments are rushed. Her "intake" with me lasted less than 15 minutes (including annual physical). I was told any questions outside of the scope of the physical would have to be rescheduled as a sick visit. She is condescending and dismissive. I have a medical background and was talked to like a 5 year old. The practice will nickel and dime you. Avoid if possible!

For general care, Dr. Craig-Muller is fine. I will say though that despite years of being her patient I don't feel she knows me as well as she probably should. Until recently this has been fine; I didn't need her for more than the annual bloodwork review. As I get older, though, I will look for a doctor I connect with better. Much of this is just personal style. For one thing, it's really off-putting that she praises me like a preschooler any time I show evidence of having a brain in my head. It insults me and wastes our time, which, as previous reviewers have noted, is clearly limited.

Craig-Muller has been a huge disappointment as a primary care physician. She rushes through appointments, avoids answering as many questions as possible, and displays a general indifference to her patients and their health issues. She had the temerity to tell me that my health issues were "too complicated" for her. Having a doctor tell you that is a good reason to find another doctor, and warn as many other people as possible what a trainwreck Craig Muller is. In my opinion this woman is unfit to practice medicine.
