We were told to arrive 20 minutes early for our appointment and ended up getting there 25 minutes early then sat in the waiting room for almost an hour while other patients that arrived after us were brought back. Finally we were brought back into a room after almost an hour and then sat in the room for an additional 15 minutes waiting for the Dr Burden. Dr Burden arrived and then told us that due to time and ?needing to get her staff out on time? we were unable to start the treatment. So we pretty much wasted our time waiting for so long for nothing to be done. While attempting to find a different time to come in, Dr. Burden was condescending and interrupted me multiple times when I was attempting to speak. Also very hard to reschedule with due to the hours of the clinic being all over the place.
