Dr. Julia M Kim, PhD

Under no circumstances should you submit yourself to Dr. Julia Kim at HSS. She is dismissive, imperious, cruel, dishonest and bullying. I had an operation all lined up that I desperately need and she put the kabosh on it. She is a pure sadist who exercises a lot of power. If a doctor refers you to her at HSS, run in the opposite direction and fire HSS.

Dr. Kim gave different/inconsistent information to the patient vs. to the referring physician, thus causing a significant delay in the future medical decisions/plan. The in-office visit was not what was expected professionally, including propping Dr. Kim propping her feet up with shoes off. Another member of the patient's medical team became frustrated enough with Dr. Kim after two phone calls that he refused to place additional calls, opting for future communication via written correspondence.
