I saw this Dr for a 10 day post op visit after a major surgery. She was not the Dr who performed my surgery but was in the same office. She did not even know what surgery I had done. Which tells me she never read my records before seeing me.?? I explained the pain I was in and the problems I was having . She stated she thought it was mostly just nerve pain and I should try to start taking just Advil . I explained that it was not working and that the pain was really bad. I asked if she could up the nerve pain meds and she said no. After the meds she prescribed ran out she just completely abandoned me. Would not return text or calls. They also could not get me to pain management for 4 weeks.... this is unexceptionable for any of you who have ever experienced high pain levels. I suffered and wound up having to see someone else for the pain. Finally when I did get to pain management they changed my dosage of nerve medicine and it helped tremendously!! I hope she gets better with… experience, and learns to listen to her patient but I really got the impression that she just didn't care.
