Dr. Lee has a great bedside manner. She's supportive and encouraging. Dr. Lee explains the situation and offers options and how those options affect outcome. Her explanations are easy to understand.

Dr. Lee performed hip surgery on my mother. It has been 5 weeks since the surgery & the last time we saw her was in pre-op. She never spoke to the family following the surgery, only to my doped up 79-year old mother who didn't remember anything she said. She didn't tell us hematoma was possible, even common, after the surgery, and no tests were ordered to monitor her blood levels. After rehab, she suffered internal bleeding, a series of TIA's blood loss, and spent a week in the hospital not knowing if she had permanent brain damage. Her follow up appointment with Dr Lee had to be delayed because she was in the hospital. We were told Dr Lee would come to the hospital instead - she never showed. At her rescheduled follow up, she was made to wait an hour after her appointment time before even being acknowledged, then made to wait another hour for x-rays. She seemed a confident surgeon, but her follow up is severely lacking at best - and my mother could have died as a result. two… thumbs down.
