Dr. Julia Frances Moore, MD

Dr Moore ruined my life she pulled me off medication at a rate that was unsafe and unhealthy these medications included blood pressure medication, and benzodiazepines that resulted in multiple ER visits and major withdrawals she had no empathy and did this with no morals at all

Dr. Moore lacks empathy and a bedside manor, two essential traits for individuals working in the mental health field. She is combative with patients rather than understanding, and she is consumed with worry over being sued to be an effective doctor to her patients.

Her staff is horribly rude, Julia F. Tybor-Moore was a hired gun in the custody case of my daughter. She was hired to simply supervise a few visits between a pedophile and my daughter. Rather then simply conduct this, she chose to interrogate me, and then wrote a very damaging report that cost my daughter a lifetime of sexual abuse. Horrible Horrible person.
