Dr. Julia Annriley Nunley, MD

I saw Dr. Nunley three times for a rash. She was unable to provide a diagnosis or any relief. She suggested I see an allergist and then follow-up with her. I did as she suggested, and when I called to schedule a follow-up appointment. I was told I'd have to wait more than seven months to be seen. Seven months for an ongoing condition that she had yet to diagnose or treat successfully. My visits with her were a waste of my time and my money.

I was referred to Dr. Nunley and heard great things about her skill as a doctor. I will keep this simple. I saw Dr. Nunley 3 or 4 times over a period of 7 months with absolutely no success in curing a rash despite being told she was one of the very best. I gave her some information that I felt would be on some value. I told her that I had taken some anti-biotics prescribed by another doctor for something completely different and that my rash had disappeared during the two weeks I had taken them. She disregarded it and I assumed I must have been wrong in my thinking that might have some value. Among her directions was to put saran wrap on the rash before going to bed every night for a month until next visit. Anyhow , nothing helped and I The visits ended with no success. About 6 months later I literally could not take it any longer so I saw another dermatologist. Not only did the new dermatologist believe that the antibiotic information important , she gave me an ointment which improved… it and a follow up antibiotic treatment for a determined staff infection which had aparently prevented the rash from healing . This second doctor cleared this up in a week !! I had it for 1.5 years. I was so thankful and happy for this "2nd opinion. " It taught me to only put so much stock in someones reputation. You can have the best credentials in the world but if you don't treat your patient with an open mind and listen , you could be wasting someones time , money & especially well being. I am not angry but I can't help but wonder what happened.

Not impressed at all. Wasted both my time and money.
